Account Creation and Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in a breach of our Terms and could lead to the immediate termination of your account.

If you choose to sign up or log in via Google OAuth or Apple Login, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials associated with these services. You must ensure that your login details are kept secure and confidential. Any activities or actions taken under your account, whether through our service or a third-party provider like Google or Apple, are your responsibility.

You agree not to share your account credentials or password with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access or a security breach involving your account, you must notify us immediately.

You are also prohibited from using a username that belongs to another person, entity, or one that violates the intellectual property rights of others. Additionally, usernames must not be offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

Geographic Restrictions
Our Service is intended for users located in the Philippines. By using our Service, you confirm that you are located in the Philippines. We do not guarantee that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Service from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Age Requirements Our app is intended for use by individuals who are 13 years old and above. Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the app or provide any personal information through it. This policy is in place to comply with applicable data privacy laws and to ensure a safe environment for our users.
We have implemented an age verification step during account creation to restrict access for users under 13. By using the app, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
If we discover that a user has provided false information regarding their age and is under 13, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account and delete any personal data associated with it, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Parents or guardians who believe that their child has provided us with personal information without their consent may contact us to request that such data be removed.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may do so by discontinuing the use of the Service.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions
We may, at our sole discretion, update or amend these Terms at any time. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days in advance before the new terms take effect. The determination of what constitutes a material change will be made at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after the revised terms are effective, you agree to comply with the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, in whole or in part, you should cease using the website and the Service.
